Thrive in your own way with our Indigenous Programs

School Based Traineeships

We aim to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to successfully transition from school to further education, training, and employment. VET qualifications are recognised nationally, and industry endorsed.

Mentoring and support

Formal and informal mentoring support provides meaningful leadership and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees who may want to grow their career or connect with a group of their peers.

Development pathways

Sodexo provides structured internal development pathways for professional development, as well as access to managerial training, and fully funded apprenticeships and traineeships.

Celebrating culture

Recognising key dates such as NRW and NAIDOC week helps build a culturally safe workplace environment where everyone can take part in cultural learning and celebrate significant cultural events and activities.

Sodexo is proudly a NESA Champion Employer of the Year, three-time atWork Australia Indigenous Employer of the Year, Reconciliation Action Plan organisation and Employment Parity Initiative (EPI) partner.
